Yes, the fair takes place every year, twice a year, in autumn and spring.

Here’s a quick summary of all the creativity waiting for you:

You can book courses online on the official Abilmente website. You can also sign up directly at the fair, but spots sell out fast… so it’s best to book early!

You’ll find all the courses, regularly updated, in the “courses” section accessible from the website menu.
Each cours page has full details on how to register, timings and teachers.

Note: If you can’t find the “courses” menu item, it means the section isn’t online yet, so you’ll need to be patient a little longer.

Prices are available in the “Tickets” section of the official website. You can buy them online or directly at the fair.

Don’t panic! If your payment doesn’t go through, you don’t receive your ticket, or you have any doubts:

• Check your junk/spam folder—sometimes the email ends up there.

• Make sure you entered your card or payment details correctly.

No, entry is FREE for children up to and including 12 years old. A special day to enjoy together!

Yes! FREE entry for people with a disability of over 70%.
Free tickets can be collected at the dedicated desk by showing the disability card or INPS certificate directly at the fair.

A companion enters free of charge in cases of 100% disability; in other cases, the companion can enter with a reduced ticket costing €5.

• Dogs up to 10 kg: allowed in a carrier or on a leash with a muzzle
• Dogs between 10 and 20 kg: only allowed on a leash with a muzzle
• Dogs over 20 kg: not allowed

Unfortunately, no. The ticket is valid for a single entry only, just like at the cinema, stadium or similar venues and for legal reasons, re-entry is not permitted.

When you buy tickets, you’ll need to fill in the names of the attendees. For this reason, tickets cannot be transferred to other people.

Refunds are ONLY available if the event is cancelled.

You can get there by car, train, free shuttle from the train station, taxi or rental car.

Absolutely! There’s a free shuttle running continuously between STAZIONE Ferroviaria and FIERA DI VICENZA from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, every 20–30 minutes depending on the time of day.

Stops: Stazione FS, Hotel Campo Marzo stop 12 and 14 (Despar), CityHotel Cristina (Corso SS. Felice e Fortunato), SHG Hotel De La Ville (Viale Verona), Vicenza Tiepolo Hotel (Viale S. Lazzaro), Fiera di Vicenza

The fairground is fully accessible to people with disabilities and a limited number of wheelchairs are available. You need to book one by email before your visit. Write to:

Yes, cloakroom service is available at €2 for one item and €3 for two items.

Certainly, the fairground has bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a peaceful meal.

There are also relax areas and picnic spots where you can eat your own packed lunch.

Yes, free wifi is available throughout the fairground under the name IEG.FREEWIFI, with open access.
