ASSOCIAZIONE MAGLIUOMINI

Magliuomini is an Italian cultural association, founded by Paolo Dalle Piane, Kate Alinari, Crypto Knitter and Fabio Quarantotto. The name is an Italian wordplay that means ‘men who knit’. The aim of the Association is to bring together men with the passion for textile arts, (it’s also open to women) and the mission is to share love and knowledge for those amazing arts. The Facebook group, founded in 2012, has more than 5500 followers. Magliuomini organises events in Italy across different cities, and has been hosted several times in Abilmente, the biggest handcraft fair in Italy.
