The inspirations that make you just exclaim "Wow"
The associations share in Vedano a communal space: the House of arts and crafts. The two groups have been collaborating for years on the occasion of photo exhibitions or celebrations.
At the beginning of 2020, with the lockdown on the doorstep, we decided to "recycle" the prints, already used in thematic exhibitions in recent years by Rebelot, and to involve artists linked to Sul filo dell'arte, to elaborate them using needle and thread.
The answer was immediate, the photographers willingly agreed and the creatives chose with pleasure the prints that inspired them most. This is how filoGRAFIA and a new proposal to use your skills with needle and thread to create original works from exciting memories.

Back Abilmente and back the desire to create with your hands, to exchange ideas, experiment with new techniques and above all be together!
This collective quilling work was born from this frenzy, created by all the friends of the Facebook group Quilling facile - la magia della carta.
A work made by the union of works or work fragments of many who love quilling (men included).
The various tiles (20x10 cm) will then be assembled in a single panel that will be exhibited during the fair. Absolutely to see!
Do you smell something good? It's this collective installation of our friends of "Sul Filo dell'Arte" entirely dedicated to bees: very small beings who do an important job for our ecosystem.
Help yourself to safeguard their natural habitat! How? Bringing crocheted hexagonal bees and cells or 3D artist bees made by you.
When creativity unites itself, it can only multiply.

How would the poet have represented hell if he had lived in 3000?
This was the starting point for DAMSS that decided to develop this theme through fiber art and realizing:
Width 12 meters by 4 height.
Surface 40 square meters.
200 square meters of fabric.
50 Km of sewing yarn.
4500 hours of work.
Find out how this idea and its meanings came about at Abilmente Vicenza 2021.
